Okay- here he is:

He's fugly I'll admit- I actually went about him all wrong- now I've learned so much about how NOT to build a giant paper-mache/paper clay unicorn!  I wanted to trash him and start over- but wouldn't have had time before the party, and Lorraine really wanted a giant unicorn.... so... here he is !   I think I can disguise him a bit by putting a bunch of flower wreathes around his neck or something...

So for any of you planning a giant unicorn paper mache- my recommendation is to make the unicorn smooth FIRST before sticking the paper to him (like use balls of paper and cover it all with masking tape so you can reshape as you go) -  (not like I did it)

Also (unlike what I did) DO NOT use newspaper- it's too bumpy and not sticky -  use paper towels...
 
Anyway, he'll be an amusing if not beautiful addition to the party decorations ftp://
