Does anybody know anything about this yellow Nurse Redheart? Or what set she might be a part of? Or is she some sort of factory error?

Hmm, I just looked at the wikia character list and it appears that she's another nurse character from Read It and Weep? Apparently her fan name is Nurse Coldheart. Maybe she's getting released in a hospital set along with Nurse Redheart! Cool find!

Oh, awesome! Between Lemon Hearts and Lemony Gem, I am getting way too fond of this particular color scheme. And it's good to see them coming up with more uses for the "unique" molds, like Shining Armor -> Comet Tail.

I agree, I really don't like the name "Nurse Coldheart". Some fanon names can be cool but this isn't one of them. I'd like to think that she is Lemony Gem's mother or sister :)

I think she is different enough she will probably be a future release of some kind - the how and when we shall have to wait and see!

I don't think she'll be in the set with Nurse Redheart, because she's in the Baby Cakes set, with the Cake family. Their little scenery back card is the foal wing of the hospital.
