When they first popped up on ebay and I got Pinkie for crazy amount (okay, no regrets) She was sent to me with the black flower hairclip And wysteria came with one too so I'm sure she is next to find in package.

Well there you are, Rarity would never put up with a plastic bubble boutique. To our little sugar-high-pink-pony-who-ate-too-much-edible-glitter though, it makes perfect sense!
