My New Pony Display (and mini multi-brag)

It because clear to me the other day that i have more ponies now than could fit in the space they had.

Time for some organising. after brain storming i found an old converse box and discovered that it is perfect for a pony stand!

so the box went from this:

I prepped the box by painting it white them stuck pretty scrapbooking paper onto it. it's the perfect size for pony shelves
and i love it.

Masquerade arrived in the mail yesterday too. I was having a really low day (depression yay.... ¬_¬) but having her arrive made me a little happier. so i set her up in my locker at work to make friends with my pygmy puff and cheer me on.

Sadly she has really bad rubbing on her DS side and im unsure how i'm going to go about re-painting them.... i might just leave it.... my hand isn't steady enough...

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. i'm really pleased with how it turned out.
My ponies keep me going.

The poor rattie is getting really old. he's started to lose weight like old animals do, poor little guy. he is the grumpiest, chubbiest, laziest rat in the world and i wouldn't have him any other way.
next time though i'm getting breeder rats. less trips to the vets for breathing problems would be nice. -__-"

Really nice and cost effective display case idea! I use old cookie tins myself (such as Santa underneath Moondancer over there). And we get bonus pics of Masquerade too. I miss mine so much... My only Twinkle eye left is Sweet Pop.
Your Ezio is a cutie too! We have two cavies, Felix and Ralph.

gah!!! *face palm* Its so simple and so good looking! Honestly, I have been trying to glue stuff and build stuff and had no luck, when I saw these pictures I was like what a genius! How have I not thought of this? Guess i'm thinking harder not smarter right!?

OMG FELIX AND RALPH!! thats adorable!!
When i get peegs i want to call them Dexter and something. i love the name dexter and we've been watching it recently. I really like Masquerade. she's in really lovely condition except for the rubbing. ahh Sweet Pop is so pretty!

UrocyonFox: yeah i was trying really hard to think of a way to make a rise for them and the box was keeping my customising stuff in and it happened to fall off the desk and land like that and i was like "OMG!" so now my desk is a mess but my ponies are tidy. haha! i did have to make little fimo feet for the back of the box but they were easy to glue on.
