ARG!  Just found out my RD is on our front step- and nobody is home to collect her!  I hope nobody steals her...

I don't think they ran out. I do believe Amazon finally pulled the two ADs.

Yeah, if they run out Amazon keeps the listing but says "Currently Unavailable", but now the links to the two pages just say "Not found" instead, which means Amazon pulled it.

Maybe amazon will renew the listing after the Con?  I'm agree that the listing is down because Funko asked that it be pulled.

Upon reflection, I am also quite optimistic that the orders that went through won't get cancelled- because that would be very complicated to track down the shipping process and stop it midstream- particularly when there is a product for the "fullfillment" employees to find.  And then issue refunds for shipping (probably already printed) and the like. 

Much easier just to stop the listing once the mistake is learned.  I'm sure Funko wishes that Amazon could withdraw all of the ponies that are in some stage of the shipping process but not out the door- just don't see that as being very feasible.

And on an optimistic note, Amazon is usually very good about honoring orders, even to their detriment.  I've seen situations in the past that were clearly bad price mistakes on Amazon's part, and they've still completed the orders.  So, don't lose hope yet!

Also - they go WAY out of their way on the customer service front in my experience- so they would probably be really reluctant to tell people that "oops- we've decided not to ship your ponies after all".

I just hope whoever messed up doesn't loose their job. I guess someone slapped a 6 where a 7 would go, and opened the ordering dates early.

I almost feel like those that ordered will get one, because as Galactica said, cancelling all those orders would be a logistical nightmare, plus I bet there would be some outrage from those that didn't get it. I don't think anyone here would be that mad, but Amazon's pretty good about bending over backwards to save a customer.
