I'm in the area too. Although I already know I won't like EQG, I don't think it would be bad to arrange a meeting at one of the upcoming showings. Preferably the soonest possible one this Saturday if we would like to find a larger number of other MLP fans (from outside the arena).

I've only every heard of any brony meetup groups on the coast of the state. Might be nice to start up a MLP group further inland....


We could all meet-up, grab a bite, watch the movie, and maybe trade/hunt for merch. But for the love of Faust, no sing-a-longs in public.

Just throwing out there even though I'm not 100% sure if I myself am going.
