Not Japanese-  that's Chinese Yuan-  and the rate fluctuates a lot, but right now it's about $1 US to 6.13 Yuan.  So less of a good deal maybe...

Surprisingly though- shipping is actually pretty reasonable from China.  Most of the sellers and even agents have serious postal discounts since China basically does most of the world's manufacturing...

Taobao's Chinese, so everything's in Yuans, not Yen. 1 Yuan is about 19 cents, so 799 yuans is about 130 dollars.
