UPDATE #1 6/11/13
she just sent me the tracking number so i guess the pony is now on its way. it usually takes about 2 weeks for argie ponies to arrive. i will keep you guys posted!

i bought an argie glory from Otono and paid on April 15th
she was in touch quite a bit with me the first couple weeks as she was going to see if she could find more argies for me from the same seller in argentina.
and now ive asked her to send the pony rather than wait for more.

she hasnt sent the pony. I havent heard anything from her in a while. she's  read my PMs and not responded.

i had a problem with a purchase in the past from her. A peru LS with green hair that never showed up. she would not refund my money and claimed that it was lost in the mail and wasnt her fault. Once i posted here she gave in and sent me a pony to make up for the lost one. I did leave "newutral" feedback but it was on the old arena and it didnt go thru all the way and only a portion of the feedback was brought over. It was in 2009 and i was hoping since no one else has written anything negative about her on her feedback, that it was just a fluke/mistake.

I want to trust people here at the arena so i did not open a paypal case.

Im afraid this is happening again. and this is a larger purchase. I paid $145 plus shipping for this pony

also, i just received a PM from another member saying the same thing happened to them. ill let them come forward if they want.

just want the word to get out that she is unreliable at best

im hoping i do eventually get my pony and that this is just poor communication, nothing more. *prays*

When was she last on the arena?

If I send an item and it gets lost in the post, I see it as I'm out and item, the buyers out an item, and do a half refund while the postal service try to locate it.

This is really sad :( I'm sorry you're having problems. When I sold to her, there were no issues, but I did struggle with the language barrier. Hope everything works out, really sorry :(

if you paid with a credit card, you can file a chargeback. So sorry this is happening :(

Her profile says she was online friday and she messaged me a week or so ago interested in purchasing an item, so there's no reason for her to not respond to you, she's obviously had the time if she was browsing the arena looking to buy stuff.

Hopefully she responds and you get your pony :(  Personally I don't think i'll be buying or selling anything from argentina again any time soon, their post office is just too unreliable.

Rhini is absolutely right, there is no reason she should not be responding to you. I would try sending an email to her direct email address that you sent payment with through Paypal. If she still does not reply then send another message her titled "URGENT MESSAGE, RESPONSE REQUIRED."

I am very sorry to hear that this is the second time you have had issues with her Rel. It's always disappointing when we try and give peeps the benefit of the doubt and they flounce on us. Keep us updated and if you need further assistance please PM me.

I sold her a bunch of ponies last fall with no problems. She did message me once asking where they were because they hadn't arrived yet. Never heard from her again after replying to her when they were mailed. I assume she finally got them :/ Her last log on the arena was today.

Oh i'm so sorry to hear :( I hope you do get your pony anyways!!! :hug:

I have bought from her too, my ponies arrived and i had no problems with her. But i did notice she's a bit short in response/answering. I myself had a question about the tracking code and the argentina site that i didn't understand and i didn't get any answer from her when i asked for little explanation.

This is  good advice from Ponylady ^^  I also hope that she will now respond to you :hug:  I'm so sorry to hear this has happened to you again :(  I bought from Otono before without any issues but its been a few years back

At least you're getting her, but no explanation and 2 months late? Yikes, sorry but I wouldn't buy from her in future, that's not fair on the buyer :(
