Figure I.D. and Translation Needed

Can anyone translate the packaging on this figure?

At first, I thought it was a Power Ranger (1995, Ban Dai), but the more I searched to try to i.d. it, the more I started doubting.  Any ideas?

It is Power Rangers, just under the original

Thank you both.  That helps big time.  My second guess was Dynaman.  And now that I have looked up both Dynaman and Chōriki Sentai Ohranger, I see they are all part of one big "super" series.

Now I know.
