Info on "fuzzy mane" G4 plush?

I remember seeing these in photos from the Nuremberg Toy Fair. We also saw Twilight, RDash, Fluttershy, two versions of Spike, and a red/dark pink pony (seen here).

The deviantart user is located in the UK. Any info on these plush? Maker? Where to buy? The manes are cheap but I think the face on that Rarity is adorable!

The face is selling me on her. I wasn't planning on getting the fuzzy mane plush Rarity the first time I saw her, but I think that's the cutest face I've seen on a G4 plush yet! Even cuter than the 4DE or Aurora plush, imo.

I'm pretty sure those shown at the Toy Fair were prototypes because the final product (for Rarity at least) wound up being ten times cuter! I thought they were going to be carnival prizes, but from what I could gather from the devianart user, they purchased it somewhere.

That is a precious face! I haven't seen an official g4 plush yet that I'd buy, but this one could be a possibility. I wish we could see different angles. I wonder how much they cost.
