I'm just posting this here as a warning to other people: Be wary of ordering from the Chinese seller molie2015 on eBay. I recently puchased a G4 Sunny Rays from them, and what I received was a Princess Celestia.  :cry: I'm going to contact the seller to get something arranged, so I'll keep you guys posted on the results, but I just want to send this warning out to everybody on here.

Ugh, I've dealt with them. Don't hold your breath on getting anything accomplished. I'm just gonna paste what I wrote on another site, some time ago:

"My MLP collecting experience had a bad start, I'm afraid--I'm mostly a blind bag collector, and for a long time, there weren't any for sale at the Walmarts and Target around here (which is a story for a whole nother day...)

So I took to the internet. I found a lot of ten wave 3 blind bags for a great price from a seller called molie2015, and my friend and I decided to split them, open them together, and trade. We thought it would be fun! So we met up, divvied the bags up, and took turns opening them.

First one was mine--Apple Dazzle. Then she opened one--another Apple Dazzle. Now, at this point we should have smelled a rat, but we were only delighted to have the same pony. I opened my second one--yet another Apple Dazzle. We got the picture.

We finished opening the bags, getting steadily more and more annoyed as Dazzle after Dazzle appeared. So, I contacted the seller on ebay and told them what happened, and said that I would like either a refund or an exchange, please. I wouldn't have minded a double or two, that's fine, but ten of the same pony? That's ridiculous, and pretty much impossible unless they'd done it on purpose.

But, they responded that the bags were picked at random, and that was just my bad luck. Buh?? The law of averages says there ain't no way those were random. I left negative feedback stating what happened and opened a Paypal dispute.

Then they were willing to talk about it! They offered to do half a refund, then have me send it back (to China; I live in the US) at my expense, then they would give me the rest of the refund. At this point I was pretty angry and unwilling to pay to ship internationally so they could fix their mistake, and told them so. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or just unwillingness to listen, but they just kept repeating their suggestion.

Finally, they switched their offer to a full refund if I would change the negative feedback to positive. This, I was totally willing to do, since it would be rectifying the only reason I'd left the bad feedback in the first place! I did so, and suddenly it was back to a half refund.

After a few days of trying to get my point across, I gave up, took the half refund, and decided just to never buy from this seller again. Ugh!"

WTF? I opened an eBay case for now... I'll wait a little bit before giving my negative. Ugh, this is horrible.

I ordered a Ploomette from him/her/it/giant factory collective two months ago and got my Ploomette in a week.

Granted this makes one positive story to two negative stories, so yeah, it's still better to avoid, especially after that terrible customer service tale of woe.

Uggg...I remember when you posted about that Shiromisa.

I hope that you get a better result with their customer service Panda. I mean it was their mistake and they should make it right. I mean if you wanted Princess Celestia you would have ordered Princess Celestia  :blink:

Hmm... I got my Sunset Shimmer and Mrs. Cake from that seller and had no problem, but I guess I'll make sure to avoid them from now on if they are pulling seedy scams like that.

It's been a while, so I figured I'd update:

After I opened the claim, I was told to wait until June 7 for molie2015 to respond. Well... They didn't. At all. So, I escalated the claim to eBay, and left them negative feedback. Suddenly, they were very interested in negotiating with me. >_> As with other people, they wanted me to change their negative to a positive, and they would refund me. However, by this point, I had already received a refund from eBay, and I had bought and received a Sunny Rays from someone else, so I turned down their offer.

At this point, they started pleading with me, begging for mercy over such a "small, stupid" mistake. However, every suggestion they gave me involved them taking action only after I retracted my negative, so I continued to refuse. Even though I had made it clear that my response was final, they began trying to guilt trip me.... At this point, I'm just going to block them, so please, watch out for this seller. They are a nuisance.

EDIT: Ugh, you can't block sellers? That's annoying. I'm just going to ignore them, then. This is getting very tiring.

I figured as much. Ugh, I'm sorry you have to deal with them. Good on you for not changing your feedback though, I wish I'd insisted they keep their end of the bargain before I changed mine. Dx

Yes; I said in my negative that they wouldn't respond to my claim, and they told me that they didn't receive the claim in the first place, and that the message must have got lost. I'm sorry, but how can you not notice getting an eBay claim? They had a week to respond.  :huh:

Umm...exactly. Believe me if you receive a claim it is pretty obvious not only through the email they send you but it also shows up in your Seller Manager on ebay.  Sure....messages can get lost if they accidently get sent to your Spam box but most people knowing how ebay works, check theirs.
