Yup - she is still for sale on Amazon. It got a pretty wide release - people found her in Target, in Walmart, in Zellers and even in the Current catalogue of course not to mention the event shops. And if I remember rightly it would have been 2008 when she was first spotted.

I had her at my 17th birthday party which was about...4 years ago so 2008 I think. I found her at the dollar store at our mall but she was unfortunately not a dollar!
