I can't seem to find this picture in any bigger size than this, which is annoyingly small I love the G1 artwork. Can anyone help me out??

It's Sea Sparkle Baby Sea Pony backcard - unfortunately I don't have an image of one, but hopefully knowing the origin will help you find what you're looking for!

That image does appear to be from a flyer like Diamond said since the backcards have the stories on them.  I do have two of the backcards if that would do for you.  I donated scans of them to the wiki but could upload larger versions if necessary.  Here's one of them (my other one has some of the names crossed out):

I think the picture in the first picture is actually a photoshopped version of the backcard - it has the pony points and has a quite poor job of blurring out the text in the top left. So Breyers awesome scan is going to be identical to that small image.
