Selling pullips (Fanatica, Paja, Afternoon, Greggia...) Lowered prices!

Yeah, people keep telling me 'there's a new one in Singapore for ....$' or somewhere else in the world. There is a reason why those hardly sell. When buying you have to pay an extra import fee on top of the shipping costs, or at least I had to do that or I they wouldn't give me my package.  Gah, this is really hard. But thanks for the advice guys

Ok, so taking a new look at these after pictures:

Paja, Greggia and Fanatica: Same as I wrote before.

Afternoon - including stock she might fetch 150$ or maybe more? Not quite sure, but I don't think she'll reach much more than that.


Lan Ake - assuming she is nude(but in mint condition) I would say around 90$ for her.

Rovam - umm, I still would say that what I said before applies. I don't really see the dent in her nose in that picture, so it's hard to say. If I was selling a would try to get a better close up of her nose to show the damage as close to real life vision as possible. It's really hard to say what she will go for.

Assa - including stock, maybe 100$? I don't think her stock is very popular at all. Also depends on condition of body (which goes for all the Type 2 bodies).

Cornice, Nah-ahto and Raphia - what I said before.

I know setting prices might be difficult, but for pullips these days it is REALLY hard to set prices as it all depends on who is after them in that exact moment and where you post your sales thread as well. The more interested buyers - the higher the price/offers. If I were you I would take offers, perhaps set a minimum you would be willing to sell for and see how it goes.

Unfortunately currency is not something we can do much about - sometimes it is in our advantage that we are on a different currency than the sales object and sometimes we lose money over it. Pullips have gone down in price lately in my opinion - both in dolls and accessories. I have tried to sell of some old stock items for a long time for what I think is decent prices (what I paid for it), but with no luck. That is life I guess. It all comes down to how much you need to sell or not. If you feel you are losing money over selling these dolls, you could always try to hold on to them a little longer? I for one always think off dolls as sunk cost anyway

Hey Katrine,

there should be a second picture with the nose-dent of Rovam. All pullips have box/stock and everything that came with them. They have only been on display so far.

Ah, didn't see that one - but it's really hard to say anyway I think... I would take offers on her and see what she fetches THe dent doesn't really look that bad...

And yeah, I just copied and pasted from my previous post so I didn't see that I didn't update the Lan Ake price. You know what I really don't know what her stock is worth - if it is popular or not, I mean.

Unfortunately, it's a bad time to be selling Pullips. Prices have plummeted and a lot of people find it really hard to sell their dolls. Just thought I'd let you know :[

Eta: The older dolls still have appeal to many collectors so you might find a buyer for those, but if I were you and wanted to sell them sometime soon, I would lower the prices on Cornice, Raphia and Nah-ato to at least below a hundred bucks.
