Anyone in the us should be able to change their router name to "Bestbuy" and download the cat tower.
It worked for me and the raccoon clock

on an unrelated note.. does anyone have that random villager whos moved away but still is always lingering in the shops area? I swear Mott the lion moved out aaaages ago, but every time i go up to the shops hes always there! iv even tried talking to him to find out why lol but he doesnt really say anything aside from praising my town. xD i guess he moved but just cant get enough of the vale so he "jogs" here every day lmao.

I know, I just thought it was too funny that my first time getting her she dropped her ticket. I also expected it, because Jemma already has her in town, so I figured the game would do something to make it so mine wouldn't really show up. That would have been weird.
