I have noticed that you can see the actual footprints of your villagers - like paw pads, webbed feet, ect.

ARGH!!! I cannot win with the sharks.... everytime I get a huge shadow with a fin, I can't catch it! It just nips the hook and vanishes, I can't win!!!

It really helps to close your eyes (or look away from the screen) when trying to catch a Shark, and just listen for the "PLOP!" sound. You'll hear it faster than trying to "watch" for it.
It has a faster "Run away!" reaction than most fish, so you also gotta be quick on hitting the button.

also, does anyone else love shark fishing? i seriously love it. i caught two whale sharks one after the other yesterday. i was so happy.

Does anyone leave their gates open? I have only managed to visit 1 town since release and had colbalte visit me twice, I am pretty much on and off it throughout the day and night (kids to look after and housework lol) and leave my gate open alot but seem to always miss everyone
