Is anyone else disappointed that in New Leaf, you can no longer send mail to players in different towns? I was kind of bummed when I discovered that. I loved sending people gifts in AC:CF.

Really? That sucks they took it out. i love sending gifts to friends as well.

I'm just meh about the blue/black one I have.

So am I. My friend got the pink one and offered to trade me. She actually likes my blue one better. I'm thinking about taking her up on her offer but hers is brand new and I've had mine for about 8 months and it's been dragged around a lot. I feel like I'd be ripping her off.


Anyways, I did get my copy today.   And silly me, as excited as I am, am not starting it until tomorrow morning. I couldn't start it this morning because I had to go home and go right to bed for work. I'm sleepy as I type this.....just like four hours of sleep only. Sigh.
And some of the stuff you have to do when you start it can only be done at day, so I feel pointless starting it tonight. But when I get off work in the morning, it shall begin! I'm accompanying my momma to the doctor so I'll be playing it while there with her. Will pass the boring waiting time.

My default fruit is Apples, but I did plant some oranges yesterday, and also got most of the new/tropical fruit from a really nice person on another site/forum (I'll have mango, durian, lychee, banana, cononut, and maybe another tropical fruit that I cant rememebr atm).

Assuming trees fully grow in three days, the trees should be fully grown by Wednesday (unless I cave in to Time Travel temptation, which could be sooner than that xD:), and I'll certainly exchange/give some to you guys.
