Zapper - maybe you can switch the head of the doll with an articulated body :) Not sure if it's possible without breaking them though!

I thought about it but there are no good articulated bodies in that size class. And the thing is: I really like her body there. It's not too twiggy and bendy like the articulated bodies and it has the short hourglass form I love in the Disney fairies :)
The articulated versions all have weird boobs and Winx Club bodies. Not my cup of tea.

But they look pretty cool when fully clothed:

That stinks that they won't be doing the others. I was hoping they would. Maybe we will see them later or something.

I got the Ariel heart tin from Walmart today.

Has anyone had any luck with the DS Elsa lately? I keep checking the Disney Store website but I haven't caught her online yet.

I do enjoy some of the new Tinkerbell movies, but the dolls that Bow Tie posted don't appeal to me.

From what I have seen online she won't be back on the Disney website til the DVD is released.

They are doing a sing along version of the movie starting this weekend.

I am so sad . My husband bought me a 17" LE Ariel on ebay for my Birthday and she came damaged. The seller just stuck her in a flimsy box and only put bubble wrap on 2 sides. So now we are going to be out the return shipping with nothing to show for it because the seller did a crappy job. That is so unfair.

Yeah, I journeyed out to our closest Disney Store (an outlet that's an hour away). They are completely Elsa-sold-out! The cast member I spoke with says he hasn't seen her since Christmas. He speculates that they are holding everything back until the DVD release.

I picked up a Classic Anna, though, just so my journey wouldn't be in vain. He took my name and number and said they'd call when they got them in.

I need to make a wishlist....

$59 is more in my limited budget. Anyone know if their (Disney Store) going to do a pre order on the dolls? This would be my first time trying for one. And I've read the horror stories over the other LE lines.

That's horrid AppleDash1, you should at least get some money back. Considering the cruddy mailing job. Because who in their right mind does that, to an LE doll.

Good luck.

They are not up for pre-ordering so you won't have to worry about that. They will be available in stores on the 18th, but there is no information on how they are going to sell them. It's either going to be first come first serve or raffle. Otherwise they will be available online the next day. Which will most likely be at 12am PST. Hopefully we will know sooner rather than later which way it will be.

I have not had a problem with any of the dolls in stores. The last few LE dolls have taken my Disney Store at least a day to sell out. The Designer couples took a while as well depending on the princess. Snow took a week, Punzie and Jas took a few days and Belle and Ariel were all sold during the raffle. It really depends on the area honestly. Designer Queen of Hearts and Gothel took months to sell as well. It took so long they went on clearance. You could always try and call your local store and ask how the lines have been. :)

I looked for the tins and found none.  Are they in the valentines section mainly?

I got my tins yesterday! No one mentioned the chocolate inside was so tasty!!  I found mine in their seasonal grocery aisle, I also found some ginormous mugs with the same three designs on them, and those were by the cards etc.

Thanks for the information Bow Tie. If I can afford one, I'll be sure to call my local Disney Store.

Found the tins but didn't buy one. They are larger then I was expecting. Nice size for stashing things in. After the chocolate :pizza: is gone.

We need a chocolate eating smiley.

Yep, the tins are in the Valentine section :) I actually didn't like the chocolate which is surprising because I LOVE chocolate  My sister is enjoying it though :)

Next month we get our Frozen dolls! "It's agony to waaaaait!"

Looks like the Hans doll is sold out on Disney Store online! Didn't expect him to sell out XD The Elsa tiara is gone too. Hopefully they'll have a huge restock of everything when the movie gets released :)
