Using toy r us store

I never used this store, but there is in stock some pony toys, the celestia and Luna pack, but it´s normal that you can´t chose which one or both, does it have to be assorted? Is this normal? I´ve contacted the store, but nothing. Does someone used this store?

You mean to order online or go into to buy?  To order online you get which one you select on the website.  Sometimes one particular item maybe out of stock so it will not let you order it.

Sorry, my bad. I meant buying online. When I select "add to the cart" there is nothing that says I can select one specific pack.

I think it's random. I'm pretty sure I've heard that complaint about them before.

No wonder why Portugal´s economy is a shame! Now I have to buy though ebay or someone in the forum. Well, no worries then!
Edit: I´ve found that amazon has the packs,  but some stores that ship Internacionally, but when I ad to the cart there isn´t any shipping, should´t there be one or they mail later? Because they asked the credit card after adding to the cart. Never used amazon before.
