Help identifying this Barbie?

Hiya, i found this Barbie (or not barbie?) a little while ago. She looks to be maybe 60s-70s. Her butt says '(c) 1966 Mattel inc US Patented US Pat Pend Made in Korea' and her head says '1966 Mattel Inc Korea'.

Hoping someone can help me identify her and her bathers/onesie. It would be awesome if i could get a PC too.
Shes in good overall condition, besides obvious head fading, her hair is a little dry, and she has a dent in her left boob. Face paint looks good, she's a little dusty in the pic didnt notice til after i took it, and she has all her phalanges.

I found some info on her she is a Barbie she is the 2nd image on the left down. Her image has this just below it  In 1975-1976 http://www.dollreference.com/barbie4.html

Well that's the Steffie head mold alright! I actually have a Walk Lively Steffie that looks very similar to that. The face mold was used for barbie as well as a number of her friends.
