A new monster in the family

There's a new beast at my mother's house. I'm not gonna say I totally approve of it because my sister is 18 and lives with my mom yet and she's going to have a heck of a time when she moves out finding a place with a big dog unless she buys her own house right away instead of renting. Also she recently gave her ducks to a family friend with a farm because she felt guilty that they had such little room inside as the weather wasn't getting warm enough for them to be outside while they were growing. For the record though, I did tell her she should stick with dogs and cats because anything more exotic than that just doesn't seem to fit in that household. Anyway, this guy's name is Bowen. He is pure puppy trouble, loves shoes. He's learning to sit already. Three out of four of my mom's cats are fine with him, one will come in the room but not get within a few feet of him yet. He's 10 weeks and has no had a single shot yet from his last owners who claimed to have no time for him. So I've got to work on my sister making an appointment to get some shots since I don't want him passing anything to my dogs. He will be neutered eventually too. No cats or dogs in our family are unspayed or not neutered and at least my sister has sense enough to know that has to be done.

That's definitely a handsome dog.  I hope everything works out and your sister doesn't end up ever having to give him up for any reason and makes sure he gets everything he needs in life.

He's pretty much Amstaff or pit bull, I don't really think they care to keep the breeds seperate in the scary parts of Milwaukee. I love his ticking though and hope it doesn't fade with age.
