She's from the Elements of Harmony deluxe pack, or some similar name. Will come with Fluttershy (not a Rainbow Dash recolor), Rarity (chopped-off tail), the manticore, and the sea serpent. It is, though, really nice to see Hasbro finally painting those shoes after leaving them skin-color for Celestia, Luna, and Cadance back in wave 5.

I saw her the other day when I was making my monthly Taobao rounds!

Has anybody else noticed the missing moon from her Cutie Mark? Or am I being stupid and she never had one?  :blush:

Almost certain Nightmare Moon had a moon on her cutie mark. :)
