LPS Race Track??

Hello all, I got this race track set at a second hand store and it had no box or labels on it. It just said Hasbro 2009. There are paw prints on the track, so I think it's for LPS, but the accessories seem too big for LPS figures, and too small for MLP. It doesn't seem to be for Blythe either. I've looked all over the web and can't find it. Does anybody know what it is? Thank you sooooo much!!
