I am just wondering if anyone here loves LLL too? I had a bunch as a kid and have been slowly acquiring back what I had.

I just got Maiden Fair Hair and Maiden Curly Crown in the mail a couple days ago and love them. I have a shot of them with LLL herself.

I'm just really in love with these dolls! And pixietails are something I just adore too. Such cute accessories.

Congrats on getting the main three dolls. I had the blonde and burnette as a kid but sold them a few years ago for ponies lol. I always wanted the red haired doll.

My poor for sale dolls.

Trying to rehab this maiden goldenwaves... Outfit looks great but the doll has damage to the neck and regrind.  Poor dear.

Yes, the discolored legs is really common.  I collect them casually.  When I see one to buy I just assume it'll probably have discolored legs and I just don't let it bug me since it's a plastic problem that consumes a majority of the dolls I see.

I don't really have pictures to share at the moment.  I'll have to retake a picture of them sometime but it'll probably be a while since I'd trying to reorganize most of my collectibles around lol.  I do have some dolls, clothing, and two playsets though.  One of my dolls is NRFB.

I grew up having two of the dolls, Ballerina Maiden Fair Hair and Maiden Goldenwaves.  When I started collecting them I was surprised by how Dutchess Ravenwaves was so pretty!  I think Mattel really did a great job on this doll line (besides the leg discoloration and the way their necks can crack sometimes lol).  Too bad it didn't last longer.

I love Lady Lovelylocks.  They have such sweet faces, and I love their outfits.  At some point I was really crazy for them and had most if not all of the collection (back when they were way cheaper). 

Many many many Enchanted Island dolls passed through my hands as I upgraded and collected lots-  and I NEVER found an EI doll (or Prince who was from the same year) without regrind.  THe other, first edition dolls get it too- but not nearly as bad.  Some don't have it at all.

Although I upgraded some, and sold off some (ie the Kittens when they were selling for a fortune).

I used to search for LLL dolls by doing compulsive ebay searches for "TCFC doll" "Characters Cleveland doll" -  got a few nice bunches of dolls that way...

Have you guys seen the Peppermint Rose dolls?  They use the same face mold as Lady Lovelylocks-  but on a Skipper body.  I always thought of them as adult versions of LLL and her friends- or maybe older sisters.  Oddly enough, the Peppermint Rose dolls always seem to go for cheaps, even MOC.

I love love LOVE the pixie tails and I tend to put them in appropriate ponies. I'd love to get a few myself actually...I had several as a kid and I don't know what came of them..

I have always been interested in the Peppermint Rose dolls. They are quite cute. Even though I seriously don't need another collection, I thought about buying one or two.

And I'd love to get all the kittens. I didn't realize how HTF they can be. I just got the purple and pink one for a great deal. I REALLY want the blue one though. She's so pretty.

The kittens are super cute... I think I didn't realize how rare they were when I sold them, I had bought them all in one lot from an Italian seller who had them all.
I love that siggie with the kittens...

I probably won't win. The auction will likely skyrocket to a point where I draw the line, but I can try.
