what is wrong with me!?/ help with Hellsing custom

ok so working on another custom,
hes not even finished yet and i allreadly hate him!.

im serisiouly having some kind of issue with  the whole creative thing at the moment,

i still need to make a jacket for him, and give him a cuttie mark.

are there any Hellsing fans out there?
i'd aprecieat your opinions the most.

I'm a Hellsing fan!
I think he looks pretty good so far, but the pony is "brighter" to me than Pip...though the jacket may help that a lot. maybe reconsider the body color? (love the eye)
can you get the hat to sit lower on his head (make ear holes or something)?
also, while I think you've done an excellent job with the expression on his face, I'm not sure it fits....expressions on ponies are VERY tricky

i read tha mangas yeeeears ago, but havent watched the anime, so far its looking good, but i agree its a bit brighter than id think. but yes the coat might help a lot to dull him down a bit more. id make little pony gloves for him too. and depending on how you make the coat you might not really need a cutie mark, since its a full trench... tho if you make a few 'tears' in it and maybe splatter them with red or brownish black (burnmarks) they you could prolly get away with it and still have the trench look natural. id maybe also trim the bangs a bit more to make it more anime-spikey =]

the hat dose sit flatter.
his hair just hasent setted yet and its quit springy still.
when it lays flat the hat sits better.

and yeah i do still need to trim his bangs.
