Just wanted to share the retailing job done on this Lemon Drop I got in a lot recently... it made me laugh, and sort of marvel at the effort somepony put in.

Her tail was super spindly, which I knew about going in, and was an obvious replacement, since the shade of purple was far deeper than Lemon Drop's lavender locks.  So I checked her out, and found this:

Yep.  That's a drywall anchor.  Owie.

Lemon Drop is now patiently waiting for me to order some replacement hair with which to fashion a new tail... cancer-splotched though she is, I felt she deserved the extra TLC after having to put up with that shoved up her *ahem* for Celestia only knows how long. :rolleyes:

I actually think it's a pretty neat idea! :) Better than Hasbro's washer since it's at least plastic :P

lol if that has been an apple jack i'd be going -oi thats my pony- since my did THAT to my ponyafter a neighborhood friend decided to chop her tail off.. so he just took the cut off tail and used a dry wall anchor to plop it back in

Actually.. Not a bad Idea, may have to look into that.. of course I'm not going to shove it in like that but maybe pulling it through from the inside with the hair through the plastic and wrapping a little extra tail around it with a rubber band, I'm sure it will hold firmly for display.
