Nutella Is Not Broccoli - is another one of those crazy stories...

Mom fed her kid Nutella for years before realizing it's hazelnut, coco and skim milk ( hello candy bar ingredients!! ) and not really a healthy breakfast item by itself. She sued Nutella, I believe for misleading her into " part of a balanced nutritious breakfast" thing.

I'm also guessing this is why cereal boxes have to print " ceeral/food blown up for detail, not actual size " on their boxes and why we don't get awesome cereal toy prizes anymore. My favorite prize was a dinosaur figure from fruity Pebbles in the 90's. 

How terrible it is to have to label common sense on everything.

I'm suddenly reminded of the bag of peanuts I had once that said "May contain peanuts". I  never did figure out what they heck those things were if they weren't peanuts in my "peanut" bag.

oh, this made my day!
i mean, the bag was even transparent? and the nutella-story is great! reminds me of the buggy where the folding instructions remind the parents to take the baby out before folding the buggy.
