I'm interested in knowing more about this as well, would love to see a rehaired My Pretty Pony as I'm thinking of getting mine fixed in the future.

There is a beautiful custom My Pretty Pony Blue Belle so is doable.

Personally, I would only re-hair if the hair has been cut or some other really major problem with it. Even really bad frizz can be turned into gorgeous locks with the help of major conditioning and straightening irons.

Yes you can but you need to split her in half :P

If you scroll down a little on this page you will see what she looks like on the inside this should give you a good idea of what re hairing her involves.
