grand champion experts?

Hello all!

the first fleamarket of this year is over, i found no ponies but two beautiful model horses wich i identified as:


draft stallion:

the condition is quite good, some rubbed on marks which can be cleaned up with magic eraser. ^^

i thought at first, that thier manes are cut, but its like on the pictures, the foal if perfect without marks or anything. ^^

does someone has an idea for a price check'? i would love to give them to collectors who cherish them, as they are in good contition instead of using them for customs/leaving them on the fleamarket.

do you know some grand champion collectors? are there some on the arena?

Ooh, those must have come out after I got into Breyer horses. Grand champions were my first love and the ones I wasn't afraid to play with though!

luna, what do you mean? i got these on a fleamarket, maybe you find them on ebay too.

jennova, you´re collecting breyers? i wish i would know more about them, but then again, i might start collecting them too. 

i hope a GC-collector finds this after all. ^^

Yeah I used to collect breyers in middle and high school. Absolutely lovely details, once in a while I go to my parents house and pull them out of the basement.
I have a couple limited-edition ones, and most of the backcards I think.

I'm a sorta GC collector, I buy them if I see them, but I don't seek them out. That newborn foal is the only one ever sold in that pose, and she's beautiful! And the stallion is the Gypsy Vanner, which you already know. These guys are some of the later releases that never made it to the US, and were even obscure in Europe and Australia (especially Aus). Not sure on a price though, as I've never seen them used. Try ebay completed listings, or the MH$P.

I had so many of them when I was a kid. But I could not tell you a lot about them. There are so many that I did not know about till the internet came out. There is a site about them. Might be worth checking out if you have not yet.
