Magnet bolt Blind Bag, 2 versions?

I got a Magnet Bolt Blind Bag today and I was like. *sigh* I already have her. But then I noticed this and placed it next to the one I already had:

The one I got today didn't have eyelashes. The one on Strawberryreef also doesnt, but I hear lot of people get her WITH eyelashes. So, whats going on?

Of course I had to run upstairs to check the BB Army and  mine doesn't have eyelashes either! How'd I miss that; she's one of my favorite ponies?!

There's only one logical explanation...Magnet Bolt is a robot!

Or its some sort of secret Siamese Twin . I will see them as twins for now.

Mine doesn't have them either! But neither does my Electric Sky...definitely a conspiracy between the robot twins.

Uh oh, both of my Electric Skys have lashes! Impostors!

(Personally, I think Bolt's lashes got stuck to the fridge when she got fresh batteries out this morning.  )

Mine is also missing her eye lashes, which reminds me I need to find another of her (not because the eye lashes) but the bit out of her ear just simpley will not do.

Mine doesn't have lashes either. Maybe she is a robot.

This is the first time I have seen her with eyelashes. I had thought that the earliest ones had no eyelashes.

Yes I think this! I think the initial ones had no lashes and then that has been created at some point during production when she has been given lashes. The initial promo shots of her have no lashes either.

I think when they designed her they were intending for her to be a boy pony ('masculine' colours and symbol), but then the started re-using the Shining Armor mould for blind bags, so they dropped the idea and ret-conned her into a girl.

Huh..that is crazy! hehe, mine does not have eyelashes...but I guess it is kinda like the two different versions of  cherry spices, one is a rarity recolor and one is a twilight recolor.
