Custom Fairy Doll

My mother in law asked me to make her a fairy custom. This is the first doll I have done a full face-up on and I am pretty pleased with the results. Her face is painted with a combination of acrylics, chalks, and water color pencils. I drew a pattern for her wings and constructed them with wire and fantasy film. Her hair is a restyled Liv wig. Dress was made by iddybiddyspider on etsy. Now on to pics!

I am also currently working on a boy fairy for her who is going to be a lot more work as I will have to make his clothes. Constructive criticism welcome.

Thanks guys! I love fairies and am tempted to make another for myself but I am trying not to make too many custom dolls as I don't want to run out of space for actual releases and I don't think fairies are monstery enough to take a spot.

Thanks! I could try to explain now, but I can definitely do a full picture tutorial once I get the supplies to do the boys wings.

I like her, delicate and elegant. The wings look fragile and graceful, like I would imagine fairy wings to be.

Fairies might not be monstery, but goblins sure are! How agout a goblin with wings? they are still uh, technically fairylike.
