Jurassic Park is BACK!

We still have the VHS.  With how much I watched it as a kid, I'm shocked I didn't wear the tape out. xD

LOVE that movie!  Gonna see if my brother wants to go see it in 3D with me.

I will never forget growing up I was SO excited for this movie, I begged my mom to buy me the book.  I was in fourth grade.  Age appropriate it was not.  And yet, I got it.  I have always been a fast reader, but apparently I was so obsessed with it after getting the book, I sat down one Saturday morning to read it.  By dinner that night, according to mom, I had 10 pages left.  Mom was MAD!  She thought it would last me a lot longer!  It may be 20 years later, but I'm still obsessed!

I'm totally the same way with books! I'd finish a harry potter book within a day of getting it!

At seeing the commercial on tv my mom says to me "well now you can go see it in theaters..."
I was 6 when it came out and my mother refused to let me watch it. She thought it would be too scary and violent for me. I of course was totally fascinated by the real looking dinosaurs and when it came out on video a friend had it and I went over (secretly) to watch it. Only got to the sick triceratops part before I got called home to dinner. I ended up having nightmares about dinosaurs every night for a month 

Thanks to my active imagination and tendency for wild dreams I was unable to appreciate the movie until I was much older lol I might be going to see this with my boyfriend. I wonder if all the 3D dinosaurs jumping out at me will dredge up some old dreams.

I think I was four or five when I saw it the first time...

I was about six when I started watching; movies like that and LOTR are my childhood.

 Not a fan of 3D, but this is making me want to go dig out the DVDs and watch it again.

3D!! I watched it the first time behind the couch! Can't imagine how awesome 3D would be!

I saw a guy at the movies the other day asking for a recommendation and he decided to see Jurassic Park, he'd never seen it!

I never understood why JP got such a bad rap. I loved all three movies.  So good to see it back in 3D

Just saw it on the big screen... definitely awesome.  I missed seeing it on the big screen the first time around... I'm hoping to go see it again lol  I didn't think the 3D was spectacular but it was a nice touch.
