Is Ebay customer service open on holidays?

I'm in the U.S. and I have four more days to use my Ebay bucks from this last quarter, so I bought some yarn on a whim. Went to pay for it and the Ebay bucks don't come up on the paypal payment page. Long story short, after looking for alternatives options on how to pay with the bucks, and not finding them, it looks like I need customer service. After they've just closed. And of course, tomorrow is Easter. My timing is astounding.

So, I know they're normally open 7 days a week, but does that include major "holidays" (and I use the term loosely, because it's not a federal one here in the U.S.), like Easter?

I'm hoping someone can answer for me before I find out the hard way tomorrow.  I really hate to leave my seller hanging like this!

i mean i dont KNOW for sure, but it seems like a pretty global site, it seems like it SHOULD be, since not every country celebrates all the holidays.

I hope not at least, I would try just in case, that would be a real shame if you! D:

I would try and give them a call. There contact us info says:

5:00am - 10:00pm Pacific Time 7 days a week

So I would assume there probably is someone there to contact since it makes no mention of holidays.

Thanks guys. I saw that 7 days a week thing and I've seen that before, only to be told by a machine "Oh we're closed due to the holiday". Oy....

Oh boy, I feel stupid.

First off, yes, they are open, and I spoke to a very nice guy named Jesse.

So the question I had was about my ebay bucks. I thought I had three days to use them until they expired. It turned out, they aren't RELEASED to be used for another three days. Whoops. Hahah! I feel silly! I was wondering why I couldn't find the code they would have sent me!
