Clawdeen's claws on Skelita's body

I have a customizing question: can you replace Skelita's hands with Clawdeen's? I'm working on a custom doll of an alien character who has a skeletonish appearance but also seems to have large claws.

So I was planning on using Skelita replacing her hands with Clawdeen's claws, considering they're all getting painted over anyways, it shouldn't matter. I'm just worried that since Skelita has a different body mold from the other dolls hat Clawdeen's claw hands won't fit in her lower arm. Has anyone tried replacing Skelita's hands with hands from the other dolls before?

I've already started on her outfit and never before has the illogicalness of homestuck occurred to me before. Tailcoats are really hard to make! I can't believe that someone with no contact to the outside world except books would have known how to make one. My suspension of disbelief has been broken. Monster highs are so hard to make clothing for, I truly admire all the customizers out there who specialize in making such small clothes.

I used actual skelita not the CAM, my camera is junk though so she looks whiter and looses her texture xD
but they do fit!

 i dont know if its just my particular dolls, but it seemed like the skeleton hand might have had bigger lock ridges or something because it went on and off much harder then clawdeens hand went on and off. but i just thought I would mention it just in case this was normal.

i personally think that skellita looks great with other hands :p, her arm mold seems to allow for a better transition then other dolls who just have a flat cut off at there wrist

This is an awesoooome idea for a custom! I've had a few ideas floating around for Homestuck monster high customs(ghost Aradia Spectra maybe?) and would be really pleased to see one.

I've seen a few that used Ghoulia or the Skull Shores Frankie that had grey skin for the trolls. I have yet to see anyone attempt the cherubs.

I don't know who the artist is but dang! That roving hair is so perfect. ;A;  She used Ghoulia as a model, which I think works well for Aradia, but Spectra would probably work well too.

A recent cosplay has me tempted to try my hand at a seatroll but I'm really new to the dolls - is the CAM gargoyle the only one with ear fins? I can never tell if Rochelle has them or not beneath her hair. And Aranea's begging for a Ghoulia custom, or at least stealing her glasses.

I can't wait to see Calliope, though! I have to scrape together a tailcoat for a friend's cosplay, so my sympathies there D;
