I'm always interested to learn about what cultural things we have in North America that aren't elsewhere... Torrid is a US based company.Don't feel bad it took me forever awhile back to know what the heck BOGO meant? I had to ask my mom and she laughed because she knew and I did not. I thought it was a brand name for ages.
