Nice finds, JazzMatazz! Hannaliten- I absolutely adore your re-use of that old cassette shelf, totally brilliant I'm crazy about 2nd hand shopping  here are some of my favourite finds over the past 3 months ( I found the Bone plushie today for $4.99!). I added up how much everything cost, and I paid around $73.00 with taxes in for everything pictured. The Lion King: Six New Adventures is worth that (I got it for $7.99 <3). Those Polly Pocket sets are complete, and the Glo Worm still has a working stick, too I was so surprised that baby RD's pacifier managed to make it through the thrift sorting journey! I don't have anything really major to show at the moment, but I did find on Google groups a post I made back in 2000 on alt.toys.my-little-pony about what leter proved to be my greatest thrift find ever (and I don't mean the 13 cent Mimic at Goodwill around that same time)...

Love that TMNT spread!

I bought the best couch ever at Goodwill.  $30 and it was the most comfortable sleeper.  It was ugly as sin, but that thing was awesome.

You're so lucky to find that rare Care Bear cousin. I"m always on the lookout for the rare ones.

Here's a recent fun Goodwill find. It was $3 but I"m giving it to a friend for her birthday so I'll live with the price. Taking a picture of the ejector head action sticker was a bit difficult and I'm afraid the plastic at that angle distorted the picture of her face, which made me lol.

I went on a giant pony thrifting binge and found some neat little gems at Goodwill over the weekend. They had these great big bags of toys on clearance for $3 each and I saw some ponies in one so I bought it. Was there ever some cool stuff in there! A bunch of tiny dinosaurs, a wee little blue Power Ranger ( I love Billy!!!), a 1986 McDonald's Baby Miss Piggy MIB , and a Hello Kitty flash drive full of music! Mostly songs I don't care about, but some good stuff too!

I love thrifting and I've started going a lot more lately...much to my bank account's dismay.  In the past few weeks I've found LOTS of vintage Pyrex and Corningware to add to my collection, a couple of pieces of vintage cookware, a few records for the stack, and one poor little seapony...

o my goodness! so many nice finds! I've been really quiet since starting this thread I'm glad people are using it that's what I wanted! I haven't found much recently so I have nothing to show! My classes got cancelled today so I'm thinking about making the thrift store rounds for fun

Most definitely! I love Puppy in My Pockets! Though I've recently started selling off some of mine from childhood I still love looking at them.

Lately I have seen a Popple, Strawberry Shortcake Hasbro doll, Dream Glow Barbie, Care Bear playset and a fraggle.  I have seen all kinds of stuff at our Goodwill though. 

On a side note, I am really jealous of all the carded Princess of Power dolls!!!
