Why is Gil Webber Boy Doll so expensive?

So i really like the monster high boys and Gil is very cool. when did he came out? and why is he so rare?

Gil was available for an incredibly short time, which is why he's so pricy. He came out with the Skull Shores dolls last year, I think.

I don't have one, but I had got one for my niece. I lucked out there, he was the last one.

He was only shipped to stores for so long and then they took him out of the shipments.

They're releasing another Gil sometime this year. He's in the Dance Class 5 Pack.

Yes, as the others have stated, he was released in a very llimited time window. I have him. I paid £50 for him. Personally, I have no regrets about paying so much, even though nearly all bar about 9 of my dolls are being sold, he is ver firmly staying with me. He's just so unique and I guess that's why I love him. And the fact he's lagoona's girlfriend

Gill was only out for two or three months (at most) during the 2011 holiday season, and was replaced in future Skull Shores assortments with Draculaura. A part of me thinks there was only one of him in an assortment. Didn't help that he had yet to be re-released (save for the upcoming Dance Class pack).

I managed to find him at Justice when he was around. They seemed to be the only store that would get him more often compared to the others in my area, at least.

If he was $60, you got him for a miracle price. His ebay prices recently have been more like $200. Im Jealous

Yes, I did. It was from a lovely Arena member And he came with all of his gear, but not in box. I just love him so much, he is so handsome
