I love Lagoona, but I am not really happy about the sudden and dramatic color difference. Monster from the lagoon sounds more to me about swamps, slime and such. Does this mean a permanent color change for Lagoona?

It's a one time thing. She turns into a freshwater in the 13 Wishes movie.

Cool, I'll try that one. It says it needs adjustments, but my mom's pretty good at sewing and will help me with my doll clothes.

I'm so ridiculously excited for the 13 Wishes line.  I love the Morrocan inspired outfits, the new ghouls and and new movie.  Honestly, I couldn't love that Lagoona anymore!

i think its awesome that they have some AVERAGE SIZED aka "chubby" dancers in that video, shows such a cutltural difference that the girls aren't all stick figures

I'm sorry if "chubby" was offensive, I simply meant "normal" sized gals, aka why I said "not stick figures", I think its important that girls see ALL body shapes and sizes, and despite the fact that the doll molds show otherwise, it was awesome to see that the video adopted this credo.

Chubby has a broad definition IMO, so "slightly overweight could be it, but in this case I DID mean "normal"/average sized

One or two the the girls were a touch chubby. There were a lot of body types in it, because in India it's still overall okay to come in different sizes.
My only complaint about it is how bleached/over brightened the animated ghouls were, especially because I love how fast and smooth the actual animation was.

I'm glad they had different size girls in it, Every country doesn't always have to follow the Hollywood guidelines for media. Those comments on the other hand about english is better...not so happy to see those...Thought they'd learn from the whole MH Message but it looks like they haven't pick a thing up. >,<;

I'm glad they had different sized girls in the vid too. I'm tired of seeing just one body type in pop culture, especially since I'm definately NOT that body type.

I liked some of the outfits they did, but they weren't nearly as OTT as the US vid. Also the lead singer chick didn't have nearly the same attitude that the US girl did. Oh well. *shrug*

Apparently, in the 13 Wishes movie, Howleen makes a wish that turns Lagoona into a freshwater monster instead of a seawater one. It would appear that this involves her going all neon. It is not clear at this time whether this change is permanent, but I would say it's a fairly safe guess that it is not.

I have to confess that I didn't like her when the first  proto pics came out, but now in this new pic she looks mush better  , she looks different from the last Lagoonas who looked very boring to me mostle the dance one.
