Found my next project :) Totally "borrowing" this idea :) Does anyone know what dress this is, though??

The dress is from one of the  Cutie Pops dolls. I think it's the second wave Chiffon dress. The second wave of dolls, which is when they introduced Caramel, are in those sparkly lame dresses.

I thought they were Cutie Pops, but I can't find it anywhere in Cutie Pops stuffs. This is the Chiffon you are talking about

Wow! Catrine looks SO much better without the ugly (IMO) hair!

I agree, I'm not crazy about her hair either.  I actually brushed some of it out and I hate it less now.

How do you post a pic in the thread without going to an outside source like photobucket?

I quote like Catrine's hair, I just think she needs to have it washed properly. I haven't bothered to wash mine, she still has box hair.

I've washed my Catrine's hair 3 times and it's still so darn poofy! At least it is finally soft and no longer feels crunchy, but it just doesn't want to lay flat, and I hate using my straightener because it's low setting is still pretty hot.

I had that problem with my scaris ghoulia. I boil starightened, shampooed, deep conditioned, and then straightened it. It's still kind of poofy but at least it looks more maintained instead of this crazy outta control mess. I have a pretty decent straightener too that's still pretty hot on the lowest setting. I just took small sections of hair and went down it rather quick and still straightened pretty well. It's up to you but it's a suggestion.

I also do it on LPS ponies hair. And it usually comes out awesome! Just go over it a bunch of times but go down the hair kinda fast.

Oh wow. I thought that was a Cutie Pops dress. sorry for my mistake. I don't follow Bratz a whole lot. >.>

One way to help get your dolls hair to lay flat better is by covering it with something after you wash it and let it dry. I typically use a bit of stocking or tulle and tie it around a doll's head if I want it to stay down. That helps a lot.

Has anyone seen the original (UK) 'Shameless'?  Idk why but Twyla reminds me of Sheila LOL!!  I think it's the bangs & crazy eyes.  Still no swim class dolls...need pink eyeshadow Venus :'(

Me too! What a lovely combination!

I've washed my Catrine's hair 3 times and it's still so darn poofy! At least it is finally soft and no longer feels crunchy, but it just doesn't want to lay flat, and I hate using my straightener because it's low setting is still pretty hot.

Do you guys use regular shampoo and conditioner to wash your dolls' hair?

I love everything about Twyla, can't wait to see her in person! I preordered mine since I'm really worried that she won't come to Finland at all.
