My First E-Bay purchase hav arrived!!

I have 9 g2 girls.  I borught them for £13 used. I have added an inspection of what i have found on them and i would like to know how to get rid of them and any tips on the hair as i have a feeling they are frizzy. Are any of them Rare?

Actually these are all G3s

does Rainbow Dash have some patterns on her forehead? If so, she is the henna version and is a bit more sought after. The same goes for that Pinkie and Sweetie Belle, however as far as i know it still doesn't put them much higher than $5-$6
the rest I think are quite common and Petal Blossom has a hair cut.

Best way to sell them is either Ebay, or make a thread here on the "For Sale" forum. good luck!

Edit: sorry, missed the hair question. G3s have a pretty resilient hair and even the rattiest hair can turn out gorgeous when washed and conditioned, so I would advise you to first do that and see if any of them need further treatment. So just wash it with shampoo, apply conditioner and leave it for a bit (I usually leave it for 20-30min) then rinse. From the looks of them, that should do the trick. If not, you might want to use a straightening iron (just not on the ones with tinsel!! it will melt it!). On the other hand, if you're selling them, just wash and condition them and leave the rest to their new owner

thanks for the tips! I have check Rainbow Dash and she does not have henna on her nor does Pinkie or sweetie belle. Oh and do i use an hairbrush for humans or ponys? And can i use Lush products to wash the hair as i use Retread conditioner and Rehab shampoo.

Oh I love the ice skates.  I have been wanting that pony because when I was a kid I was a skater.  Awesome G3's.

I think lush would be fine, I used their products on my ponies. Basically I think any normal shampoo and conditioner should be fine on a pony as for combs, I know some people prefer just using pony combs, but I use my own comb on them, but I'm very gentle. just be extra careful with tinselled ponies as that tinsel can easily stretch and become unruly. oh, and I also only ever comb my ponies hair after I've applied the conditioner, it makes it so much easier!

If you get a duplicate, I think most you can look forward to is $3-5 per pony, but then again, you might luck out, you never know

be sure to post a pic of them after you've cleaned them, I'm pretty sure they will all come out gorgeous after.

Hi Candyfloss

To clean ponies I use a magic sponge eraser. It is brilliant it's meant for cleaning kitchens and bathrooms but it removes stains without detergent. You can cut it up so one sponge can last ages and because you can cut it in to any shape you can get in those hard to reach areas. It is so good at getting pen and dirt of ponies with little scrubbing but still be careful over cutie mark!

JML was the one that was suggested to me, and if you Google 'magic sponge eraser' you will find the one. However I couldn't find it in any supermarket, what I found was a brand called 'Swish' but it's the same thing but it was in the £1 shop so was a bargain!!!!

FYI glitter glide's crown lights up with her base so she will have cable inside of her. I don't know if that matters to you but you should be aware of that when you clean her up. If you still want her to work I would not get her too wet on the inside.

Most of the issues you have there look fixable Toothpaste will remove the tail rust, magic eraser will take away most surface marks, nail varnish remover should remove any surface paint and a good hair condition should fix up there hair

If you have any specific questions as you go along I am sure people will be able to give you some great hints and things to try!

Just a warning that JazzMatazz, with the trumpet, has a problem with her pink hair becoming brittle and falling out. Be careful brushing her.

You need something thats abrasive. Do you have baking soda? You can make it into a paste and scrub it on. Otherwise you need something like rit rust removal or simple green or similar.
