The clay isn't cheap, but it's hard to say if it's expensive or not.  A friend who makes 1 1/2" charms out of Fimo can get 10-15 of them out of one 50g pack, approximately one 1 1/2" charm per 2g.   The silver clay comes in 10g packs for roughly $30 so... *shrugs* It really depends on how many bridesmaids you've got and how big you want the charms.    Or if you wanted one for yourself, then see if someone can make YOURS out of silver clay and the others out of Fimo.  ^^

Cost wise, your best bet is to use silver colored fimo to make them.  ^^ 

wow, the clay is pretty cool, but couldn´t she also make the base out of fimo and then cover it with a layer of the silverclay? in that way you would save a bit material, i guess?

To answer your question to the best of my knowledge the silver clay requires some extreme heat to properly finish it, so I'm not certain if the fimo would hold up.  Possibly the low heat one would work, but since the point of silver clay is to have, when completed, a piece of real silver jewelry without needing to smelt metal, it seems to defeat the purpose a bit.  X3  Still!  It could be an option that I am unaware of and something to consider!

Congrats!!! I def hope we get to see pics I am planning my wedding too and I wanted our cake toppers to be shining armor and candace with the bridle maids and the little fillies on each side but I am thinking too much haha!

:3 thanks everyone. There will definitely be pictures :3 It's not really going to be a my little pony wedding, but it will secretly have little bits of ponies and star wars in it. My family doesn't understand my love for ponies, and they would be all put off by a geeky wedding with ponies and star wars, so we're secretly putting in elements that only us and the bridal party will know about to make it fun for us :3
