Another Picture Borrower (Ebay)

Just aheads up as I noticed today she snagged one of my pics.  So I went and looked at some of her other items against completed listings and she has "borrowed" quite a few from other sellers. 

I know that some folks sell other items than ponies so you might want to check out and see if she has stolen any of yours. 

I emailed her to give her a chance to remove it and if she does not it's getting reported.

That would annoy me Ponylady, simply because your auctions are so clearly yours without even clicking into them and if I didn't look at the sellers name I would think I was buying from you :/

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but theft is just not cool    Seriously how hard is it to take a picture?

I hate it when people do that-  it seems like a particularly bad idea with ponies, since vintage ponies all have such big differences, there is no way that the pony she is selling will be identical to your pony

Very very very hard when you pony has flaws and someone elses looks better.  The seller can make more money selling a pony that looks better than the one they actually have...that is...until the buyer gets it and realizes its not the same pony.  Its a huge problem on ebay. Makes me so mad.

Nope, she's still there. She just does not have any auctions up, as they all ended yesterday.  But if you search by seller you will find her.

I did get a message back and it said

Sorry, couldn't find another picture. Just ended it.

I had a big problem with this. I kept reporting these people that stole my photos.

Then I would search their other listings and see if they had other photos stolen. If they did, I would contact the sellers of the stolen photos and tell them what this other seller did.

Many times, I would get a reply from the other seller and they would tell me thanks and that they reported their listing as well.

I notice that when I do this the listings come down within a day. However, when it's just me reporting it seems to either take longer or nothing happens :-(
