Fakies in Sainsburys (UK)
« on: March 02, 2013, 02:29:43 PM »
I thought you might all like to see these unicorn fakies that are in Sainsburys over here at the moment. They look a bit evil and their eyes follow you around the room!! I like them anyway. They also have those weird rooted tails.

Aw, look at how happy the little baby is! I want to hug her!! I'd be tempted to steal the baby out of the box and just leave a few dollars in there to replace it. :D (Not that I'd ever do that!)
I'll put something here some time

The pink and purple ones remind me of the Iguanadons in the Disney film Dinosaur.  :P

Oh, these! In the USA, we have these at Big Lots and Walgreens. They're based on a rather nice design that had larger, painted-on eyes instead of glass eyes. I like the one with a strawberry cutie mark, but I don't understand why they would give them small glass eyes to replace the cuter big ones. I can show you a comparison of the two, if you'd like, to prove that not all of the alicorn phony ponies are horrible beasts!

Yes exactly!!! Makes me laugh. They kind of have a dinosaur-ish look to them, the two adults do anyway.

My 3 year old got given these by one of her nursery friends for her birthday! They are a bit scary but not half as much as the monstrous giant fakie she also got

She loves them all though, which is what matters...  :lookround:
