Which one is better?

Does anyone have good pictures of the Rainbow Dash Design a pony figure outside of the box? I would like to know your opinions which Rainbow Dash and Flutthershy is better, the vinyl or the other version.

I think the vinyl sculpts are better- but I do still like the design-a-ponies.

Great comparison pictures Galatica. I do agree the Funko releases look a little better as a figure - plus they come ready painted!

Galactica- Sorry to ask, why doesn't your vinyl pony have eyes? I've seen that picture a few times and always wondered that. xD
And also, what's with the earth pony Rainbow Dash? The G4 not the G3, lol. A prototype maybe?

The earth pony Rainbow Dash was sold on Taobao. The main difference between her and the regular one is that she is in a different pose (and the obvious wing thing, hehe). I think the factory made a couple hundred of the wrong pose for some reason, and scrapped the idea and the parts. They must have decided they were not going to use the bodies before they got to the stage where you stick on wings at the factory.

So yeah, she is some sort of prototype or alternate version of Rainbow Dash.

Oh yeah-  the earth RD came from Taobao- she is probably a leaked prototype.

The eye-less Fluttershy a certified prototype from Funko-  Funko makes 2-6 (or somewhere around there) white and colored prototypes for every critter they make- I was lucky to snag one of each for all of the ponies made so far.  They look weird without eyes but I likes me some prototypes...

I don't have the regular characters yet (still waiting on my pre-order) - I got the protos a while back and love comparisons- so these are the only I have to share
