I think it's appropriate! I would have been crushed to have a neutral left without being given a chance to resolve it. We're all human and it could have happened to anyone.On another note I just wanted to say that I have bought from you a few times and have been VERY pleased!
Although your feedback is realistic ebay will remove it at her request. It is considered a false positive. They do not allow anything that is negative towards the buyer. I know it stinks but those are rules regarding it. The seller is and always will be at the buyers mercy.
Obviously it not possible to leave anything less than positive feedback for her, so would it be appropriate to leave her feedback:"Buyer failed to communicate displeasure prior to leaving neutral feedback"
