I really feel like they've lost the plot when it comes to Lagoona's style. It's like they just don't know what to do with her, so they just plonk as much color and random embellishments on her as possible in hopes that no one will notice.

I like all the individual pieces of her PD outfit, but I don't like them all together. If I get her, I'll probably do a mix and match. Although I'm not sure I want the doll, even though she does have freckles after all ... I might just get her pink tights and that's it.

I'm definitely getting Frankie, though, and possibly also Operetta (if nothing else, I'm getting her jacket, that's for sure!).

yeah as big of a goona fan as i am, i haven't really been feelin' her recent releases.. i think her best releases are wave 1, wave 2 , dotd, DT and rollermaze.. i wish they would give her a bit more of a sporty look,  i like PD better than GNO or DOt dead gorgous though..

 another thing since DOTD   they have quick giving the ghouls tights.. i really wish they could have tights with some of there dresses again,   i feel like mattel is cheaping out there,  to me tight just make the dresses look less plain and more finished.  (  how cute was 2.0 lalas outfit!!)  I my self am not a fan of  going bare legged with mini skirts and short dresses so maybe that also contributes to why i feel this way.
 they could at least give 'em socks but they aren't even doing that so much anymore

 i also wanna see more Ghouls in pants!  come on mattel pants can be for dressing  up and going out in!!

DDG Lagoona is the last one I particularly liked. All the ones since have been ugly or boring or something in between.

I'm not sure I follow you there. I thought they were giving the girls tights and leggings more often. Just look at the Picture Day line: Spectra, Cleo, Abbey and Lagoona all have tights/leggings.

 Don't get me wrong , i like that there are more leggings on the ghouls.. but i want them to have actual  tights like the dawn of the dance girls

 It seems like alot of the " fancy"  dress releases haven't had tights recently..  for instance 1600,  DDG  even scary tales, at least  GR had leggings and i think GR DL has tights, (Idk i don't have her)  i'd like some more of the fashion packs to have tights too, just so i have more options LOL only one i can think of that came withtights is DL newspaper club,  (which i have and LOVE! )

 And while i love the leggings! Leggings aren't pants, they are leggings,
 and i want  pants.. real pants..   cargo pants , cute jeans , corduroy pants ,  leather / vinyl pants  etc!

 That said, i am glad they have included pants in some of the fashion packs etc like i like ghoulias blk and red pants, and  abbeys snowflake pants from her i heart fashion release.. i'd just like to see more  releases of the dolls in them
 I shhould say to me that  what i love about syg ghoulia , she had  glasses and PANTS LOL

Oh wow, so many doll releases at once! Slow it down now okies please?!

Right now Frankie looks the best out of the new PD wave from what I can see.

How lovely these pictures are, yikes!  Operetta's picture looks really funny such a silly ghoul, but her hair looks nice.

That Frankie is just darling! Probably won't be able to pick any of these up......at least not for a while. But they are fun to admire.

Um haha. I love maybe-Catty Noir's jet black fur and pale pink eyes, but I'm not too sure yet how I feel about the rest of the pink-splosion (hair, makeup, clothes, the whole shebang).

She is certainly giving Draculaura a run for her money in the pink department.

Yeah, looking at her, I see nothing wrong that could cause controversy, so if she sells well and doesn't start a ruckus with parent activists or groups, then DoA Is bound to show up in store shelves eventually!!
