Wave Two Blind Bag Picture Request

The wave I'm referring to is the wave that was not released in the USA.

Does anyone have (or can anyone take) a high resolution picture of the actual bag itself?  A friend in Australia has just volunteered to go looking for these for me and I'd like to give her as much help as I can.

Also, is this wave a two digit number or the five digit (with the second and fourth being the keys)?

Not the best but hopefully someone else can help.

They are old of course so they were only ever found with a 2 digit code.
