Hi,

Is there a difference between the two Cadance releases? I wanted to get yellow blind bag Cadance, but I can't find her, so I'm going to get the wedding set with Cadance, Shining Armor and Cadance.

I didn't know there was such a big difference in them. For some reason I thought they were basically the same. I think wedding set Cadance is prettier than the Wave 5 one.

Well, in defense of the blind bag version, at least it got her body color more show-accurate...if nothing else.

Plus she's relatively huge, it's the same mold that Celestia uses. The wedding one has better paint apps though imo.

I actually like the blind bag version - I think its because I like that the Princesses are all in the same mould. But the wedding version is definitely more show accurate in overall appearance.

I have to say, though the wedding set one is cuter, I actually prefer the blind bag one because it's the ONLY toy version of her (including brushables!) that actually gives her the purple gradient on her pink wings like she has on the show. I love wing gradient!
