Anyone wanna help me identify a toy? =)

So, this is probably unlikely to yield any results....but ...I have a toy teddy bear rattle.
He was part of an activity center/play mat when I was a baby. Apparently from what my mom says, he came out of a little pocket on the play mat. I was born in 1991, so I'm assuming that the play mat was available somewhere from 1989-1991 or longer.

He's been my favorite toy since I was born, and I wanted to know if anyone had any idea what he is or could identify him? =)

I just named him Teddy. Very generic, I know, but I was a baby, haha.

I ended up putting him in a Barbie pajama dress when I got older and now he sleeps in a drawer in my room.

Playskool made blankets with pockets and toys in the mid to late 80s...this was my baby blanket, it came with a bunny instead of a teddy but does this design look familiar to you?

I'm not sure if Fischer Price or Circo made similar blankets...are there any tags or remnants of tags on the toy?? What color was the blanket??

My brother had that same bear/blanket activity mat when he was a baby too!  I will have to see if my mom knows where it is. He was born in 1993.

I was born in 1989 and that looks all too familiar, so I'm sur I had one too! If it wasn't me, then my little brother who was born in 1992 had it.

I had my mom look at it and she said that mat looks very familiar  but shes not sure of the color of mine. She said there were other things on it such as a mirror. It's awesome that he seems familiar to you Rachel-Eyes! It would be so cool if someone else had one of him.

The blanket I had came with a green mirror. I think most baby centers/blankets do.

Hopefully you can find somepony to help you ID your rattle; this post certainly gave me lots of nostalgia!
