Best way to give away free ponies?

Thank you guys! <3 I have about 3-4 ponies with missing tails so I think they'd be good candidates for a rehair I also have a Powder with almost no hair, but the rest of her is also in pretty sad condition so I don't know how much work she would actually require. I think I may go with some kind of raffle like you guys say since that seems most fair, now I just need to scrounge up their photos xD Would you guys recommend I make a thread for it here as I've seem some people do, or in the Sales section of the forum?

I really just want to see these ponies go to good homes where they'll be a lot more appreciated than they are here!

I put my custom give-a-way in the corral vs sales or customs and I wasn't bumped by a mod or anything. I think it's the best place to get the most views for something like this.

I take my not so perfect ponies to the women's and children's shelter. They know there will always be more from me, and sometimes the children get very attached to a toy. They know he or she can keep it and that helps the kids feel better. You can try that? I never bring them bad ones, just ones that most collectors wouldn't be interested in, like commons.

Even if you are offering the ponies for free you should post in the Sales/Trade forum as the Corral is for pony discussion.

However, if you decide to run a fun competition in order to offer the ponies that way instead of just a random list then you will be fine here in the Corral

Hathorcat, I've been looking at Stomper's give-away, so if I asked participants to answer a fun question such as she does, would that then be acceptable for the Corral? If not then I'm find listing them in the sales section, just wanted to check!

I like the random with a question. We all get a bit of fun and even if you get no pony it was a lot of fun:) I love to restore and most ponies do not leave my collection. I tend to fall for my ponies:) Even if there are 10 and they look exactly the same:)

Yes! Some kind of giveaway competition would work perfectly! As long as its a little fun and involves pony discussion rather than just being a sale without any money if that makes sense.
